I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room I booked through an online portal was nicely appointed and comfortable, with a window seat facing the Himalayas that was a lovely place to enjoy my morning cuppa. The service was cooperative and helpful, although there was an issue with the breakfast where I ordered an omelette but was served half-boiled eggs. The location was great, right on top of the mall at the library end, making it convenient to explore the area. However, the dining experience in the morning was less than ideal, as it turned out to be worse than a nightmare.
